A Sweet Valentine

Happiness is nanimo bars on Valentine's Day. A sweet tradition. And a card that made me cry - purchased two years ago - that he forgot to give me. But even now, he still means every word. It melted my heart.

Happy Valentine's Day to you my wonderful readers. May it be a day filled with joy, sweet smiles and lots of hugs and kisses.

xoxo,

I hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day! I know I did. Amidst the lovey day, we did a few house projects and actually got our washer installed! The nanimo bars are actually picked up from the grocery store, but I have found the back story behind them (they are a Canadian treat) and the original recipe for them. Weight Watchers also redid the recipe to make it point friendly last year. I'll also post that recipe as well. Look for those updates soon!

Hey Mandy! Thanks for stopping by my blog. The way I make tialpia...

1.Apply spice of preference liberally. I think in the pic you saw I had used Tony Chacheres, salt and pepper.
2. Drizzle pan over medium heat with olive oil
3. Cook fish apx. 4 min on each side.
4. Squeeze with lemon just before removing from pan.

It's fast, easy, and good!
